What is Intelo?

Intelo is an AI productivity platform built around Ivo, your AI coworker. It connects to the tools you already use and helps you work faster by automating the busywork that fills your day.

What is Ivo?

Ivo is your AI coworker that handles email, calendar, chat, and docs on your behalf. Think of Ivo as a chief of staff who learns how you work and takes action so you can focus on what matters.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can write, but Ivo can act. Because Ivo is deeply connected to your email, calendar, Slack, and docs, you can ask it to send real emails, prep meetings, track commitments, and create documents -- not just give you advice.

Is Intelo free?

Yes — the free plan includes 50 Ivo actions per month so you can see what he can do. Pro is $29/mo for 2,000 actions and the full experience, and Enterprise pricing is custom.

Features

What can Ivo do with my email?

Ivo can draft responses in your voice, triage your inbox by priority, summarize long threads, and schedule follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks. You always review before anything is sent.

How does calendar integration work?

Ivo connects to your calendar to schedule meetings, find optimal times across attendees, and prep agendas with relevant context. It can also send briefings before important meetings so you walk in prepared.

What integrations are supported?

Intelo currently supports Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Teams, Discord, WhatsApp, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and more.

Can Ivo learn my preferences?

Yes. Ivo learns your communication style, priorities, and workflow patterns over time. The more you use it, the more personalized and accurate it becomes when you ask it to handle tasks.

Security & Privacy

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Intelo uses end-to-end encryption and zero-retention AI processing. Your data is never stored longer than needed to complete a task, and we undergo regular third-party security audits.

Who can see my data?

Only you. We never share or sell your data to third parties. Workspace admins can see aggregated usage analytics, but never the contents of your communications.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Full data export and account deletion are available anytime from your settings. Once you request deletion, all of your data is permanently removed from our systems.

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade?

Go to Settings then Billing in your dashboard to upgrade your plan. Changes take effect immediately and you get access to all new features right away.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
