Transparency is core to how Intelo works. Here is exactly what Ivo can and cannot do with each integration.
Gmail
What Ivo accesses
- Email metadata (sender, recipients, subject, timestamps)
- Email body content (read-only)
What Ivo does NOT access
- Attachments (not processed)
- Cannot send emails without explicit user approval
- No access to other Google Workspace admin settings
- No access to Google Drive, Sheets, or other services
Calendar
What Ivo accesses
- Event titles and descriptions
- Event times and durations
- Attendee lists
- Read-only access (no creating or modifying events)

- Cannot create, modify, or delete events
- No access to other users' calendars
- No access to calendar admin settings
Slack

- Messages in channels you have access to

All data encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Zero-retention AI processing ensures data is never stored longer than needed.

End-to-end encryption
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Encryption keys are managed with automatic rotation. No data is ever stored or transmitted in plaintext.
Zero-retention AI processing
When Intelo processes data through AI models, no inputs or outputs are retained by the AI provider. Your information is processed and immediately discarded.
Role-based access control
Every user operates within a strictly scoped permission model. Data is isolated at the user level using row-level security policies.
SSO & SAML 2.0 support
Integrate with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and other major identity providers. Enforce authentication policies from your IdP across your entire deployment.
Audit logging & monitoring
Every action is logged with full context. Audit logs are immutable, retained for the duration of your contract, and exportable for your SIEM or compliance tooling.

User provisioning via SCIM

Integration whitelisting
Approve or block specific integrations at the organization level. Changes take effect immediately across all users.

Custom data retention
