Connecting your Gmail or Outlook account

Connecting your email account allows Ivo to help you manage your inbox, draft replies, and surface priority messages. Intelo supports both Gmail (including Google Workspace) and Outlook (including Microsoft 365 and personal Outlook.com accounts).

To connect Gmail, go to Settings, then Integrations, and click "Connect" on the Gmail card. You will be redirected to Google's authorization page. Make sure you are signed in with the correct Google account, then grant the requested permissions. Intelo requires read and send access to provide its full feature set, but you can choose read-only access if you prefer.

To connect Outlook, the process is similar. Click "Connect" on the Outlook card and you will be redirected to Microsoft's authorization page. Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve the permissions. If your organization uses conditional access policies, you may need your IT administrator to approve the Intelo application in your Azure AD tenant.

After connecting, Intelo performs an initial sync of your recent emails. By default, it syncs the last 30 days of messages. You can adjust this in your email integration settings. Once the sync is complete, Ivo will begin analyzing your inbox and highlighting messages that need your attention on the dashboard.
