Connecting your first integration
Integrations are the backbone of Intelo. By connecting the tools you already use, you give Ivo the context it needs to help you manage communication, prepare for meetings, and stay on top of important threads. Intelo currently supports Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Chat, and a growing list of third-party tools.
To connect your first integration, navigate to Settings and then Integrations from the left sidebar. You will see a grid of available integrations, each with a "Connect" button. Click the one you want to set up. For most integrations, you will be redirected to that service's authorization page where you grant Intelo the necessary permissions.
After authorizing, Intelo will begin an initial sync. Depending on the integration and the amount of data, this can take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. You will see a progress indicator on the Integrations page. Once the sync is complete, Ivo will start analyzing your data and surfacing insights on your dashboard.
