Creating your Intelo account
Getting started with Intelo takes just a few minutes. Visit getintelo.com and click the "Get Started" button on the homepage. You can sign up using your Google account, Microsoft account, or a standard email and password combination. If you choose email signup, you will need to verify your address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
Once you have verified your email, you will be guided through a short onboarding flow. First, enter your full name and choose a display name that your teammates will see. Next, you will be asked to name your workspace. This is typically your company or team name. You can always change this later from your workspace settings.
After your workspace is created, Intelo will prompt you to connect your first integration. This step is optional during signup, but connecting your email or Slack early means Ivo, your AI assistant, can start learning your communication patterns right away. You can skip this and return to it at any time from the Integrations page.
Finally, review your notification preferences. Intelo will suggest default settings based on common workflows, but you can customize how and when you receive alerts. Once you finish, you will land on your Intelo dashboard, ready to start working with Ivo by your side.
