How Ivo prioritizes your inbox

One of Ivo's most powerful features is intelligent inbox prioritization. Instead of seeing emails in chronological order, Ivo reorders your inbox based on what actually matters to you. This means important messages from key contacts rise to the top, while newsletters and low-priority notifications move to the background.

Ivo uses several signals to determine priority. These include sender importance (based on your interaction history), message content analysis (detecting urgency, questions, and action items), thread activity (how many people are involved and how quickly they are responding), and your own past behavior (which emails you open first, reply to quickly, or ignore).

You can fine-tune Ivo's prioritization by marking messages as important or not important. Over time, Ivo learns from these corrections and adjusts its model. You can also create priority rules manually. For example, you might tell Ivo to always prioritize emails from a specific domain or containing certain keywords.

The prioritized inbox is available from the Inbox section of the dashboard. You can toggle between Ivo's prioritized view and a traditional chronological view at any time using the view switcher at the top of the inbox. Both views show the same messages; only the ordering changes.
