Inviting your team members
Intelo works best when your whole team is on board. To invite team members, go to Settings and then Team from the left sidebar. Click the "Invite Members" button in the top right corner of the team management page.
You can invite people by entering their email addresses, separated by commas. Each person will receive an invitation email with a link to join your workspace. You can also choose a role for each invitee: Admin, Member, or Viewer. Admins can manage integrations and billing. Members can use all features but cannot change workspace settings. Viewers have read-only access.
Pending invitations are displayed on the Team page with their status. You can resend an invitation if someone did not receive it or revoke it if you sent it to the wrong address. Invitations expire after 7 days, so if someone does not accept in time, you will need to send a new one.
Once a team member joins, they will go through their own onboarding flow where they connect their personal integrations. Their data stays private to them by default. Shared channels and team-wide integrations like a shared Slack workspace are visible to all members according to the permissions you configure.
