Meeting Ivo, your AI assistant

Ivo is your AI coworker built directly into Intelo. Think of Ivo as a colleague who has deep context on every message, every thread, and every meeting -- and can take real action when you ask. Chat with Ivo to send emails, prep meetings, track commitments, and more across all of your connected integrations.

You will first encounter Ivo on your dashboard, where it highlights priority messages, upcoming meetings, and threads that need your attention. Ivo uses contextual signals like sender importance, message urgency, and your past behavior to rank what you see. Over time, Ivo gets better at understanding your preferences and workflow.

Ivo can also help you draft replies, summarize long threads, and prepare briefings before meetings. These features are accessible from the message view, the calendar view, and through direct prompts in the Ivo sidebar panel. You can open the Ivo panel at any time by clicking the Ivo icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Importantly, Ivo is designed with privacy in mind. All data processing happens within Intelo's secure infrastructure, and Ivo never shares your data with external services. You can review exactly what data Ivo has access to and adjust permissions at any time from the Privacy settings page.
