Privacy and data handling with Ivo

Privacy is a core principle of how Ivo is built and operated. We understand that giving an AI access to your email, messages, and calendar requires deep trust, and we take that responsibility seriously. This article explains exactly how Ivo handles your data.

All data processed by Ivo stays within Intelo's secure infrastructure. Your messages, emails, and calendar events are encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest (using AES-256). Ivo's AI models run on dedicated infrastructure that does not share resources with other services. Your data is never used to train models for other users or sold to third parties.

Ivo's access is scoped to only the integrations you have connected and the permissions you have granted. You can review Ivo's current data access at any time from Settings, then Privacy, then Ivo Data Access. This page shows a detailed breakdown of what data Ivo can see, organized by integration. You can revoke access to specific integrations or data types without disconnecting the integration entirely.

Intelo complies with GDPR and CCPA requirements. You can request a complete copy of your data at any time using the data export feature, and you can request deletion of all your data by deleting your account.
